Leading Real Estate Company Promotes Ted Kallergis to Vice President of Investment Management

CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Phillips Edison & Company (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the promotion of Ted Kallergis to Vice President of Investment Management.

In his new role, Mr. Kallergis is a key senior member of the Institutional Investment Management business, focusing on all aspects of portfolio management as well as various strategic opportunities and initiatives for the Company.

Mr. Kallergis, who joined Phillips Edison & Company in 2014 as a Senior Corporate Financial Analyst, was promoted to Director of Strategic Planning in 2015. He began his real estate career in 2010 when he joined UBS Investment Bank's Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure team where he gained extensive financial, real estate and capital markets experience. Mr. Kallergis is a graduate of Georgetown University.
