Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
The Board of Directors of Phillips Edison & Company, Inc. (the "Company") approved distributions for November and December 2023, as well as January and February 2024, to its stockholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2023, December 15, 2023, January 16, 2024, and February 15, 2024, respectively, equal to a monthly amount of $0.0975 per share. The Company’s November and December 2023 and January and February 2024 distributions are expected to be made on or around December 1, 2023, January 2, 2024, February 1, 2024, and March 1, 2024, respectively. Operating partnership unit holders receive distributions at the same rate as common stockholders, subject to the required tax withholding.
On November 7, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing the declaration of the November and December 2023 and January and February 2024 distributions. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Phillips Edison & Company Declares Monthly Dividend Distributions
CINCINNATI – Nov. 7, 2023 - Phillips Edison & Company, Inc. (Nasdaq: PECO) (“PECO”), one of the nation’s largest owners and operators of grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping centers, today announced that its Board of Directors declared monthly dividend distributions of $0.0975 per share of the Company’s common stock payable on December 1, 2023; January 2, 2024; February 1, 2024; and March 1, 2024 to stockholders of record as of November 17, 2023; December 15, 2023; January 16, 2024; and February 15, 2024, respectively.
Operating partnership unit holders receive distributions at the same rate as common stockholders, subject to the required tax withholding.
