On August 5, 2026, Phillips Edison & Company, Inc. (“PECO”) updated its Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”). The Code’s sections on discrimination and harassment prevention and corporate responsibility were updated to align with current policies and practices. Additional non-substantive changes were made to enhance the layout and readability. The Code applies to all associates, officers, and directors of PECO and its subsidiaries.
