• Stockholders will not be permitted to physically attend the Annual Meeting. To attend the Annual Meeting, you will need the 16-digit control number included on the Notice on your proxy card, or on the instructions that accompany your proxy materials. We will start the online check-in process on May 1, 2025 at 12:45 p.m. Eastern Time.
• Please allow ample time to complete the online check-in procedures.
• The virtual meeting format is designed to provide the same rights to participate as you would have at an in-person meeting.
