Recent Operations: Reverse Stock Split & Reclassification into Class B Shares

The Common Stock issued in PECO's underwritten IPO began trading on the Nasdaq on July 15, 2021.

The stock held by investors prior to the IPO was converted into Class B common stock following the reverse stock split on July 2, 2021.

The Class B common stock will automatically convert to the Nasdaq-listed Common Stock on Saturday, January 15, 2022. Beginning Tuesday, January 18, 2022 (the first business day following January 15), the Nasdaq-listed Common Stock can be transferred into brokerage accounts and/or traded into the open market.

Class B shares can be transferred using the typical Computershare transfer paperwork. There are no other ways to transfer the Class B shares during the holding period.

Because the Class B shares are not registered with the DTC, they cannot be transferred by ACAT, DWAC, or DRS.
